Traditional Baduy Society
Baduy community is located in the traditional Baduy village, subdistrict leuwidamar - Lebak, society is divided into 2 parts: outer Baduy and the Baduy. they are in harmony with nature and avoid modern life. they may not use electronic equipment, traveling with a vehicle and therefore they certainly go on foot everywhere. their livelihoods go round rice farming in huma.
their value system to utilize and preserve the environment and maintain the balance of nature, is a hereditary tradition values that should be run.
Indigenous Citorek
Like the Baduy tribe, the indigenous peoples Citorek respect nature by not damaging and contaminating, indigenous peoples Citorek is led by a tribal chief called kokolot. and people will follow what has been decided by the kokolot.
